Pastor. Joseph Raj started his ministry as a missionary with the Assemblies Of God in North India in the year 1994. He completed his Master of Divinity in Southern Asia Bible College (Bangalore) and Master of Theology in Old Testament Studies in SAIACS (Bangalore). Presently, he is doing his PhD Studies in Philosophy focusing on the Philosophy of Leadership based on the book of Deuteronomy. with Andhra University, India. He engaged in planting churches and teaching in Central Bible College of an Assemblies Of God Institution.

Presently, he is a president of Anugrah Foundation Trust and Director of TELL Institute of Developmental Studies which runs church based theological and lay leadership training programs. He also heads a ministry called Skillfull Living which prepares church resources and training materials for the children and youth in the churches.

He lives with his wife Evangeline and two sons, Jonathan Goforth and Jeffrey Christopher in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
